He is pursuing his LL.M. in intellectual property law at Unisa having received an award for the top achieving trade mark student.

During his articles, Robin serviced a number of large corporations, assisting with litigation, drafting of agreements and labour disputes. He also assisted with various personal injury claims.

Robin then moved into general practice, where he was exposed to a diverse range of disciplines.

Robin has also acted as locum in various specialist firms.

In 2013 Robin made the decision to start his own firm, which has seen remarkable success.

Robin has advised a number of large construction companies, asset managers, franchises and private individuals.

Robin is passionate about the law, with particular interest in commercial, labour and personal injury law. Leanne served her articles in a general litigation and specialist conveyancing firm, gaining experience in both fields of law. Leanne was admitted as an attorney and thereafter gained experience in employment law at a specialist labour law firm.

Leanne took a particular interest in property law, and after her admission as an attorney, went on to be admitted as a conveyancer.

Bhavna has become a reliable and valuable member of the Gerhold and Van Wyk Attorneys team. She has a keen interest in the administration of deceased estates, general civil litigation and conveyancing.
