Third Party and Personal Injury Claims

Third Party and Personal Injury Claims

We assist with third party claims

In April 2015, Road Accident Fund (RAF) Chief Executive Officer Dr Eugene Watson said that there was 48.7% increase in car crash fatalities over the Easter period compared to the same period in 2014. This statistic is extremely concerning.

The Road Accident Fund is in place in order to allow for aggrieved parties to receive compensation for injuries and/or loss suffered as a result of a motor vehicle collision.

We assist with third party claims arising from:

  • Road accidents;
  • Train accidents;
  • Medical malpractice;
  • Wrongful arrests;
  • Dog bites; and
  • Slip and fall injuries.

We provide a comprehensive service and are willing to assist clients on a contingency fee basis. We will evaluate the circumstances of your case and ensure the best possible result.

    I was involved in a car accident on 30th April 2019, and I have an L2 vertebral compression fracture. I lost 2 weeks worth of income as I work as a consultant but was not able to do so because of the injury.
    Do you think I would be able to claim from RAF and if so, what charges are involved from your side?
